Abstract
The 46th meeting of the Canadian Association of Pediatric Surgeons (CAPS) was held in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, from September 18 to 20, 2014. Montreal was the perfect mix of “Old World Charm” infused with North American energy and provided a fantastic focal point for the meeting. The local host was Dr. Sherif Emil, and both he and Arlene Ein worked tirelessly to ensure that the scientific program and entertainment ran smoothly. As a result, all aspects of the meeting were thoroughly enjoyable and educational.
