Abstract
Preventing, controlling, and handling risks is essentially taking actions to minimize negative, adverse, and unexpected impacts that affect the ability to achieve goals and expected results of organizations in general and schools in particular. These risk mitigation actions are identified as Eliminating risk, avoiding risk, transferring risk, minimizing risk, and accepting risk - turning risk into opportunity. This study is based on the theory of risk management, and surveys the current situation of risk prevention, control, and handling in some primary schools in Hanoi, thereby helping managers have an overview and more effective on an important stage in school risk management.
