Abstract

National defense and security education centers in the South started putting into practice a model of organization and management of courses for students and introduced various methods and measures in management, and teaching organization to enhance the quality of learning and military skill for students. However, at present, the organization and management of National Defense and Security Education centers in the South are still not uniform and scientific; there is no scientific and appropriate process and management of the course. To learn about the picture of the organization and management of national defense and security education, the study was conducted on the reality of organization and management of national defense and security education centers in the South. Some solutions were proposed to renovate the organization and management of national defense and security education course at the National Defense and Security Education Center of Can Tho University.
