Abstract

In this paper numerous results of tests of turbine governing system on power unit C in HPP 'Potpeć' are presented. Tests were performed for the purpose of checking the quality of participation of this hydro power unit in load-frequency control in the power system of Serbia. Also, experimental determination of the relevant parameters of turbine governor for making of mathematical model of the turbine governer and hydro power unit as the elements of power system were performed.

Odziv agregata pri odskočnoj promeni učestanosti od 200mHz

Pri radu agregata na mreži, izazvana je odskočna promena vrednosti merene učestanosti na ulazu u programski blok za regulaciju. Vrednost promene merene učestanosti mreže zadavana je u cifarskom obliku, putem interfejsa na personalnom računaru koji služi za programiranje regulatora. Zahtevi izneti u navedenoj preporuci definišu da je u slučaju poremećaja učestanosti u elektroenergetskom sistemu potrebno da svi agregati koji su u trenutku nastanka poremećaja na mreži, u prvih 15s nakon nastanka poremećaja, prema statičkoj karakteristici, angažuju do 50%∆Pbp svoje rezerve snage za primarnu regulaciju, a u narednih 15s, dakle do 30s od trenutka nastanka poremećaja, angažuju celokupnu rezervu snage, odnosno 100%∆Pbp. U cilju postizanja preporučene brzine odziva agregata u primarnoj regulaciji učestanosti i snage, potrebno je izvršiti promenu vrednosti parametara regulatora.
