Abstract

To assess the fulfillment of contract conditions for the equipment delivery, determining the properties and capabilities of a generating unit or some part of it, the measurements carried out under real operating conditions were necessary. In this paper, the results of the test that was carried out in a small hydropower plant (SHPP), aimed at determining the relative efficiency of the hydraulic turbine and its comparison with the guaranteed values, are presented. The dependence of the turbine efficiency on the turbine discharge was determined based on the test results, using the index method. The test was performed at one net head.

Metodologija ispitivanja

U toku indeksnih ispitivanja turbine, izvedena su merenja veličina relativnog pritiska na ulazu u turbinu, iza predturbinskog zatvarača, nivoa donje vode, razlike pritisaka u dvema tačkama jednog radijalnog preseka spirale radi realizacije protokomera po metodi Winter-Kennedy, hoda servomotora sprovodnog aparata, aktivne snage generatora, učestanosti obrtanja agregata i temperature vode u protočnom traktu turbine. Osim temperature vode, odnosno njihove izmerene vrednosti u jednom radnom režimu, nakon stabilizacije radnog režima, registrovane su pomoću merno-akviziconog sistema sa vremenskom rezolucijom od 5 Hz u vremenskom intervalu dužine trajanja od 5 minuta. Radi izračunavanja neto pada meren je nivo donje vode u odvodnoj komori elektrane. Samo merenje nivoa donje vode, u odnosu na referentni nivo, izvršeno je korišćenjem davača statičkog pritiska, pričvršćenog i uronjenog u namenski postavljenoj cevi. Radi određivanja relativnog protoka kroz turbinu po metodi Winter – Kennedy, vršeno je merenje razlike pritisaka između dva priključka jednog radijalnog preseka spirale turbine. Prilikom obrade rezultata merenja reprezentativna vrednost određene merene veličine u jednom radnom režimu bila je srednja vrednost merenih vrednosti te veličine u definisanom vremenskom intervalu izvršenja merenja
