Abstract
Abstract The purpose of the following essay was to analyze the fundamental aspects of epistemic perspectives in postdoctoral research. In order to guide the knowledge and implementation of the thematic aspects included in said orientation. It was developed through the review, application of bibliographic techniques on topics of qualitative, quantitative and mixed research methods. Each one based on their own paradigms, aimed at strengthening knowledge of said paradigms; taking into account the social construction of reality, methodology that affects the real perception of the world, design, methodological bias in multidisciplinary contexts; from a critical reflective approach. The aim is to reflect on future multidisciplinary research proposals.
