Abstract
Televigil, a sub-system of System MEDPAD (Medical Data Processing and Automatic Diagnosis System) has been developed in DEBEL for transmitting the ECG of patients over non-dedicated telephone lines for longdistance consultation with experts either for conventional or automatic measurement and analysis of ECG by a doctor or a medical computer, from a remote point.
