At the same time, the main goal of the creation and functioning of the subjects of production and innovation infrastructure is the initialization of innovative activity and the use of scientific and technical potential for reproducing the conditions of human existence and its development, increasing the efficiency and competitiveness of regional socio-economic systems of various levels and scales. by creating an innovation market, identifying and combining efforts of representatives of the scientific and technical sphere and business entities interested in each other, organizing scientific and technological research centers financed primarily by the state, creating new industries, etc.
