Abstract
The article examines the impact of technologies for automating routine tasks on building eff ective business processes and increasing the overall productivity of companies. The main areas of automation are described, such as software, artifi cial intelligence, chatbots, electronic document management and business process management platforms. The advantages of automation are given, including reducing operating costs, increasing the accuracy and speed of operations, improving internal interaction and supporting strategic management. Practical examples of successful implementation of automation in various fi elds are considered, possible problems are also discussed and recommendations for the successful implementation of automation in business processes are given.
