Abstract

The article considers the approaches of modern scientists to the definition of the concept of “competence”, explores the theoretical views of modern researchers on the concept and development of managerial competence. On the basis of the analysis carried out, the article highlights the main technologies and means of developing managerial competence among students. The role of using interactive learning technologies is revealed, among which acmeological technologies play the most important role in the formation and development of managerial competence among students.
