Abstract

Artificial intelligence systems provide automatic generation of decisions, but there is no methodology for interpreting the logic of their functioning. The developed scientific and methodological provisions are presented that define the technological and legal aspects of artificial intelligence, which are the basis for the representation of knowledge, understanding and interpretation of legal norms in intelligent computer systems.
