Abstract

To effectively build the educational process in the format of blended learning, the teacher must have the appropriate competence. The competence of a teacher in the field of blended learning is integrative and is the result of the formation of a whole range of professional competencies of a teacher. Based on the analysis of the activities of a teacher working in the blended learning format, groups of competencies were identified that form the basis of the teacher’s readiness to implement blended learning.
