Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of the Russian identity formation in primary school children by working on story problems with national and regional content. The paper provides a typification of tasks specifying religious, ideological, national and territorial identity. Starting from the analysis of literary sources, the authors of the article focus on national and territorial identity, demonstrating the possibilities of their formation through textual mathematical problems. The authors’ classification of tasks of national and regional content is proposed in the article, the goals of each of the selected blocks are formulated, specific tasks based on the material of the Republic of Mordovia are presented.
