Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the challenges of applying discovery learning models in Hindu religious learning during the COVID-19 pandemic in SMK Negeri 2 Tamiang Layang, using descriptive qualitative research methods and data collection techniques with observations and based on the results of previous studies conducted by previous researchers in the scope of almost the same problems as well as supporting the writing of this study obtained from sumbel articles in official journals. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 2 Tamiang layang East Barito Regency consisting of 3 students. Based on the results of the research that has been done there are some challenges in the application of discovery learning model in learning such as stimulation syntax, problem statement, data collection, data processing and verification that students feel is difficult to do with time that tends to require relative lam.
