This step, led by the Paca Logistics Cluster, is centered on the study of the existing situation in terms of purchasing support: documentary research and field interviews. The discussion of the attributes of the different experiences identified made it possible to distinguish the carrying of purchases from other related services and to establish a first definition of the concept. A transversal analysis of purchasing support systems then showed that if two generations of services can be distinguished, on the basis of their objectives and their organization, no standard is imposed and fully convinced. However, this study made it possible to identify the variables of an economically viable model, to be tested in the rest of the project.
