Abstract

The purpose of the contribution is to present the findings and knowledge to date in the implementation of practical teaching with and without a dual education system in institutions in Slovakia. Above all, the current trend and employers' satisfaction with the established system. The purpose of the article is also to point out what is the basis of the dual education system - its disadvantages for employers and its advantages. There are published satisfaction with the school system and satisfaction at individual school levels in the post. The permanent number of secondary schools are important in the school system, event more importatnt is the number of high quality vocational school, which educate future graduates of specific positions which will be needed to be filled and will need to be filled.
