System thinking in the analysis of the juice evaporation plant in the food industry

Abstract

The article is devoted to the system analysis of evaporation of solutions. The existing evaporation apparatus has been studied by dividing into quasi-apparatuses: the heating chamber, the wall of the boiling pipes of the heat-transmitting evaporation apparatus, the vapor-liquid space - the inner part of the boiling pipes of the evaporation apparatus. Studies of the evaporation object have a stable character with a change in the concentration of the outgoing solution.
