Abstract

The article presents a system of key directions for industrial complex modernization of the Republic of Belarus in the context of neo-industrialization and expansion of network interaction with the industrially developed regions of the Russian Federation, aimed at increasing the competitiveness of the national industrial complex while maintaining the social imperative. The key directions were identified and meaningfully disclosed: strengthening the scientific support for industrial modernization; synchronous systemic digitalization of industry and those sectors of the economy that provide industrial services and education personnel (both in the Republic of Belarus and in industrialized regions of the Russian Federation); increasing the role of government and supranational authorities in the integration of national and regional industrial complexes within the Union State and the EAEU; differentiation of support measures depending on the stage of the economic cycle; expanding access to industrial enterprises participating in the Belarusian-Russian network cooperation to the financial resources of both states, the Union State and the EAEU, reducing the tax burden for the industrial complex and stimulating domestic demand for industrial products.
