Abstract

We report the synthesis of nano-fibrous structures / nanoparticles aggregation of silicon utilizing femtosecond laser radiation at megahertz beat redundancy rate under surrounding condition. Electron microscopy investigation uncovered that the stringy nanostructure is framed because of accumulation of nanoparticles. Further, micro-raman investigation shows that these nano-fibrous structures are undefined in nature. The nanoparticles development is clarified by nucleation and buildup of fume in the plasma crest created during the light procedure. This examination gives proof that femtosecond laser light can be an encompassing condition physical strategy for silicon nanofibrous structures age.
