Abstract

A new semiorganic non-linear L-Valine cobalt sulphate crystal was developed and the method of slow evaporation at room temperature has produced a good quality single crystal. The XRD study was conducted to characterize cultivated crystal. The powdered XRD spectrum's sharp peaks describe the high crystallinity of the developed crystal. FT–IR technique confirmed the functional groups presented in the crystal. The UV–Vis–NIR spectrum shows that the whole spectrum of visible and NIR regions have very high absorption and indicating the material stability for the Non-Linear Optical utilisations. Cultivated material was involved to Energy Dispersive X-ray to determine the existence of chemical species in the developed material. Kurtz–Perry powder technology was applied to study the efficiency of SHG. Using microdilution bioassay method, ELOFF analysed the MIC of the crystal to study the antibiotic events.
