Abstract
Abstract Chromium (III) complexes of the types [CrL2 Cl2] Cl, [CrL2NO3](NO3)2, where L is the semicarbazones or thiosemicarbazones of acetone, ethyl methyl ketone and 2-methyl cyclohexanone have been synthesised. The complexes formed have been characterised by physico-chemical techniques, viz., magnetic moments, electronic and electron spin resonance spectral studies. All the complexes formed have been found to be octahedral.
