Abstract

To Party Committees of Provinces, Centrally Administered Municipalities, and Autonomous Regions, Departments and Commissions Under the Central Committee, Party Core Groups of Organs, Ministries, and Commissions under the State Council, and Party Core Groups of Mass Organizations: Since the release of "Notice on Several Specific Questions Regarding the Implementation of the ‘Job Title List of Cadres Managed by the Party's Central Committee’" [selection 21, the various localities and departments have generally done a good job with the appointment and dismissal of cadres under the jurisdiction of the Central Committee.
