Abstract
Objective To summarize the hospital and development achievements in 5 years,continuing to promote innovative management concept.Methods By summarizing the fund's input and output of scientific research during 2006 to 2010,analysis of the effects in the cultivation of medical scientific research personnel and promotion of discipline development in hospital after the implementation of innovative management ideas.Results After the implementation of the innovation process management,output of fund is well.It has played a positive in promoting to the scientific research personnel and discipline development.Conclusion It should be further promoted of the innovation process management idea,in order to further play the of seed fund role in talent,discipline development.
