Abstract
Choriocarcinoma is an aggressive malignant disease that originates in the trophoblastic cells of the placenta, characterized by early hematogenous spread to the lungs. It is a hyper vascular tumour composed of sheets of malignant cytotrophoblast and syncytio-trophoblast metastasizing hematogenously and producing a dramatic rise in b hCG levels. Here, we present a case of a female patient who conceived spontaneously after being diagnosed with Choriocarcinoma and undergoing chemotherapy in liaison with an Oncophysician. This case report shows that proper care and timely treatment can give a favourable outcome in a patient diag-nosed with Choriocarcinoma. Completion of chemotherapy will give desired favourable results with positive message as presented in the case below.
