Abstract

Based on systematic approach it has been discovered that efficiency of socio-natural-economic system (hereinafter referred to as “SNES”) depends on: (i) number of road accidents, (ii) road accident features, (iii) duration and quality of rehabilitation of SNES components affected by the road accident. This paper gives grounds for the need to unite services and entities taking part in road accident consequences elimination into “Road Accident Consequences Elimination subsystem” (hereinafter referred to as“RACE subsystem”) which may give the opportunity to: (i) decrease number of accidents/injuries associated with road transport; (ii) minimize damage inflicted by road accidents; (iii) decrease risk of any kind for the entire SNES; (iv) improve efficiency and ecological safety of road transport maintenance.
