Abstract

Each student studying in order to become a modern, versatile, creative, patriotic, professional specialist, first of all, must master his specialty, develop a professional speech component, master the culture of speech, speech etiquette, master the techniques of teaching eloquence, that is, the need is analyzed in the formation of speech activity, and it is noted that no matter what a person is doing in his life, no matter what profession he is, he needs to communicate with others, exchange opinions, communicate with others and this is a necessity. Analysis of the technique of diplomacy and the role of language learning as a necessity for becoming an educated specialist in accordance with modern requirements. Requirements for teaching the art of speech and mastery of oratory by students studying in the field of international relations. It is noted that the art of eloquence, mastering the culture of speech, the art of the word, the ability to use it productively in one's specialty, teaching oratory has a big role in showing professionalism in accordance with the needs of the time, in mastering other languages and special skills. In other words, on the example of the Kyrgyz people speakers, it is explained that future ambassadors have a special role in government relations and activities, and their comprehensive eloquence will contribute to solving many problems.
