Abstract

Objective Through observing the clinical data of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM),to,analyze the influence of hepatitis B virus (HBV) viral load on pregnancy outcome of GDM patients. Methods 13565 cases of pregnant women were divided into HBV carry virus positive group(group A),virus negative group(group B) and the non HBV carry group(C group). The liver function,HBV serological test, blood sugar, etc were detected in all three groups, and related pregnancy outcome was recorded. The incidence rate of GDM,prognosis of maternal diabetes and its influence to the fetus were compared. Results The incidence rate of GDM in A,B,C group was 3.80%,4.03%,2.36%,respectively.The incidence rate of GDM in different HBV viral load pregnant women, prognosis of maternal diabetes and the influence to the fetus between groups had,no statistically significant differences (P >0.05).Conclusion The incidence rate of GDM in different HBV carrying capacity patients had no significant difference, and viral load level did not change the prognosis of diabetes and fetal variance, the pregnancy outcome was not affected, but the incidence rate of GDM in HBV carriers was higher than non HBV carriers.
