Abstract

The 18th Congress of the Communist Party of China made it clear that it is necessary to promote the coordinated development of new urbanization and agricultural modernization. This paper takes the Heilongjiang Province, a major agriculture province, as an example, constructs the comprehensive evaluation model by multi-factor method, and analyzes the degree of coordinated development of new urbanization and agricultural modernization from the angle of growth rate of development level. The research shows that, on the macro point of view, from 2006 to 2014, the development of them is becoming more and more coordinated. On the micro point of view, the coordination situation can be divided into four stages.
