Abstract

The synchronous control system is a key part of the tilting pouring machine. Its performance directly effects the quality of the product. However, the hydraulic synchronization system is very complicated to establish an accurate mathematical synchronization system model due to the effects of nonlinear friction, eccentric load, and time-varying operating parameters. To solve this problem, the advantages of Simulink and AMESim software were used to build the joint simulation platform of a synchronous control system. A new energy saving hydraulic control loop and fuzzy PID control method which is simple, adaptive and robust is proposed. The simulation platform is used to simulate a series of simulations under various loads or partial loads under different working conditions. The simulation results show that compared with the traditional PID control, the fuzzy PID control can better achieve the precision requirements of synchronous control, and the hydraulic control loop can also achieve the purpose of energy saving.
