Abstract

The performance of the giant die forging hydraulic press's synchronous system directly determines the quality of its processing products. Since there are friction, complex eccentric load and the effects of time-varying parameters of hydraulic, it is difficult to get its precise mathematical model, which has brought severe challenges to control the synchronization system in high precision. To solve this problem, first, we set up a joint simulation platform for the synchronization system by using AMESim and Simulink software, and then put forward the single Neuron PID control method with self-learning function, finally, simulation. The simulation results show that: single Neuron PID control performance is good, can meet the performance requirements of synchronous control system, and better than the traditional PID control.
