Abstract

Double hanging point hydraulic hoist is widely used in the opening and closing of the gate, and the double cylinder synchronous system is the most important part in the hydraulic system. In this paper, first of all, the principle of control synchronization of electro-hydraulic proportional speed control valve is introduced, then the operation mode of hydraulic synchronous system is analyzed. Finally, the control strategy of electro-hydraulic proportional speed control valve based on fuzzy PID control is presented, and its analysis and simulations are carried out. The simulation results show that the fuzzy PID can achieve the control precision of the synchronization system, whose effect is better than the traditional PID control.
