Abstract

Multi-Shaker in the vibration environment simulation testing has dominated the tendency since shortcomings caused by the single-shaker are able to be avoided by using it. A system equilibrium synthesis approach in terms of the random vibration test control is presented to make up for the shortages of the various methods. A control system is established by taking hardware architecture of the multiprocessor combined with PXI Bus and Gigabit Ethernet Communication Mode as well as the software architecture of multi-level modularity. An experimental platform for two random exciters vibration test is set up. The related experiment is made and the result show that the proposed control algorithm is effective in controlling multi-shaker vibration, which satisfies the requirements of the vibration test experiment and bears the practical value in reality.
