Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical application value of the system nursing model for patients with chronic hepatitis.Methods 184 chronic hepatitis B patients in our hospital were selected from November 2011 to November 2012.The patients were divided into study group and control group randomly,92 cases in each group.All patients were given routine care in general.The patients in study group were given systematic nursing model intervention.The compliance behavior and mental health status of patients in two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with control group,the treatment,reasonable diet,regular life,acquire the relevant knowledge to actively follow doctors rates of patients in study group were improved and enhanced significantly,there was statistical significant difference (P< 0.05).Compared with control group,the SAS scores and SDS score of patients in study group were significantly lower,and mental health status was improved significantly,showing statistically significant difference (P < 0.05).Conclusion The systematic nursing interventions model has a significant value of adjuvant therapy for improving the compjliance behavior and mental health status of patients with chronic hepatitis B.
