Abstract
The interaction was detected and examined between aromatic polyethers containing phenoxyphthalide fragments and epoxy oligomers. It was shown using model systems that the phenoxyphthalide structure is more active in this reaction in comparison with the isomeric form of normal o-benzoylbenzoic acid ester. The structure of the compounds formed was established by IR spectroscopy.
