Abstract

The article considers an enlarged model of strategic management of the transformation of the national economic system by type of economic activity, including setting a strategic goal specified in tasks, identifying existing internal and external opportunities and determining, based on their comparison, competitive opportunities for transforming the national economic system by type of economic activity, selecting target directions, strategic planning and organizational and economic support for the implementation of strategic plans. Basic investment and innovation strategies for the transformation of the national economic system are proposed, which allow for a comprehensive approach to the issues of substantiating the directions of its innovative transformation by type of economic activity, taking into account the existing innovation and investment potential and opportunities for its growth and use. Based on an enlarged model of strategic management of the transformation of the national economic system and basic investment and innovation strategies for its provision, a methodology for developing and implementing an investment and innovation activity strategy is proposed, including the main stages with the corresponding types of work, characterization of their content and justification of expected results.
