Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of behavioral strategies in the conflict of students of the technical school of transport and entrepreneurship with different group roles. It has been determined that one of the leading problems of modern education is the lack of interest among students in the personality of another, the unwillingness and inability to experience his inner world, manifested in the emergence of conflict interaction between students of a technical school. The results of the study show that certain strategies can be a component of the active life position of the student's personality, awareness of one's social status and the role behavior associated with it as a form of realization of individual capabilities. The problem of effective ways of interpersonal interaction in a group of students of the technical school of transport and entrepreneurship is being solved.
