Abstract

The study aimed to identify the impact of strategic agility with its dimensions (strategic sensitivity, clarity of vision, core capabilities, shared responsibility) on enhancing organizational excellence with its dimensions (leadership excellence, subordinates' excellence, service excellence) in the Palestinian government sector. The researcher used the Descriptive Analytical Approach. The questionnaire was adopted as a tool for collecting field data. The study population consisted of (4000) employees in the first and higher categories. The stratified random sampling method was used, which was estimated at (403). Furthermore, the study reached several results, the most important of which are: a high level of strategic agility and its dimensions (strategic sensitivity, clarity of vision, core capabilities, and shared responsibility), and a high level of organizational excellence and its dimensions: (leadership excellence, subordinates’ excellence, and service excellence). Also, the results showed that there is an impact of strategic agility on enhancing organizational excellence. As for the level of the sector in which the ministry operates, the greatest impact of strategic agility was on enhancing organizational excellence in the justice sector. And the impact of strategic agility on enhancing organizational excellence was least in the governance sector
