Abstract
It is shown by IR spectroscopy and X-ray scattering at large and small angles that in systems such as amorphous polyurethane semicarbazides modification with low molecular polar liquids (especially acetone vapour) promotes redistribution of the hydrogen bonds on reaction between the hydrazide fragments extending the microsegregation process. Enrichment of the rigid phase with hydrazide fragments results in a change in the parameters of the microphase structure.
