Abstract
Steady state and transient analyses of substrate fed integrated injection logic (SFIIL) have been carried out using an injection model simply by merging all parallel diodes into a single composite diode. The upward gain of the NPN transistor, vertical PNP transistor gain and extrinsic delay of SFIIL devices have been computed for various device areas, junction depths and doping concentrations.
