Abstract
The perceived impact of biotechnology on their activities shows amaximum for Intellectual Property, sales and product quality. The main problems perceived by the companies are mostly related to scientific personnel needs in their R&D activities and management experts for commercialization. Finally, access toventure capital and governmentfinancingare important forR&D,and theexcess in legal regulation difficult commercialization activities.
