Abstract
This paper introduces some new content of the draft standards for execution of steel structures oriented on the European system. New points raised include conformity assessment requirements for structural components; execution specification; welding; erection; geometrical tolerances. In addition, this paper also presents challenges and obstacles when applying related to quality management, especially issues of execution classes, specification, welding…, from which there are related suggestions and recommendations.
