Abstract

By the example of highly concentrated water-in-oil emulsions, in which droplets of a supersaturated aqueous ammonium nitrate solution are dispersed in industrial oil, it has been shown that a thermodynamically stable state is possible due to the limited volume of dispersed phase particles.
