Abstract

This paper deals with the problem of exponential stability for the dynamical output feedback singular networked control system (NCS) with the time-varying delay and dropped out packet. The singular NCS with data packet dropout and time-varying delay in sensor-to-controller and controller-to-actuator is modeled as an asynchronous dynamical system (ADS) constrained by event rates. Based on the theory of ADS, Lyapunov stability theory and linear matrix inequality method, the negative semi-definite matrix conditions of exponential stability and the controller design for the singular NCS are presented. Numerical example shows that the negative semi-definite matrix conditions of exponential stability and the controller design method are feasible.
