Abstract
Marginal palmar keratoderma (MPK) is characterized by keratoderma on palm, on the limits of the dorsal and palmar regions of ulnar and radial edges in patients with intense sun exposure. According to literature it is not considered a pre-injury malignant lesion. Herein, we report the first case of squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) on MPK in a 57 year-old woman.
