Abstract
The problem of producing high-strength permanent joints in dissimilar alloys, VKNA-4U single-crystal intermetallic alloy and EP975 deformed nickel creep-resisting alloy, is discussed. The processes, taking place during diffusion welding, and the behaviour of alloying elements of the brazing alloys and brazed materials in the brazed joint and the weld zone are investigated.
