Abstract

Efforts to implement digital transactions such as QRIS for MSMEs in Indonesia are currently still facing many obstacles, one of which is the lack of understanding by MSME players about the meaning and working system of QRIS. MSMEs have an important role in the growth of the Indonesian economy, of course MSMEs must be able to adapt to the latest technological advances. The aim of this service is to help encourage the ability of MSMEs to adapt in this digital era and is expected to be able to improve the economic level of the people. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. After all the processes were carried out, we found very good results even though we encountered several obstacles such as difficulty in accessing the internet in the area, but this received a good response from customers who came to shop, they were very enthusiastic because this was the first time in that area that there were MSMEs that implemented a payment system. non-cash. This proves that digitalization in MSMEs will really help raise the economic level of society, is a tool for alleviating poverty, and is a good foreign exchange earner for the country.
