Abstract
Ekonomi Kerthi Bali is an economic transformation program implemented in Bali. This empowerment program is implemented in the marine and fisheries sector because it is a sector that has economic potential to be developed. There are four main activities in implementing this program, namely preparation, program preparation, program implementation and reporting. The results of empowerment are in the form of packaging assistance, product lab tests, and facilitation of production areas in collaboration with several companies. Collaboration with various parties is carried out with the preparation of a long-term to ensure that the program can be useful and sustainable.
