Abstract
The results of studies of Aesculus carnea Hayne seed and vegetative propagation are presented. Technical and soil seed germination were determined, biometric parameters of different age seedlings were characterized. It is found that in the case of red horse chestnut propagation by grafting, conducting of splice or whip & tongue grafting will be the most appropriate method. Biotechnological aspects of A. carnea plants regenerants obtaining by in vitro culture method were shown. The most optimal scheme of aseptic culture obtaining, nutrient medium composition for morphogenesis and rhizogenesis induction is chosen.
