Abstract

This article analyzes macroeconomic processes that affect the competitiveness of a professional management system. It is proved that macroeconomic dynamics, which are manifested as a result of development of processes of corporatization of economy and further intellectualization of management activity, influence the nature of management activity. Attention is drawn to the need to take into account the development of macroeconomic processes in the preparation of management personnel. Attention is drawn to the fact that such processes determine the mechanism of corporate control over share capital and the mechanism of corporate self-financing. Characterization of the process of increasing the intelligence of managerial work and the modern formatting of the process of capitalization of intellectual human resources, which leads to the emergence of intellectual and managerial capital, which become the main factors of competitiveness of the organization in the modern market environment. Particular attention is paid to the fact that the processes of capitalization of intellectual human resources become the main processes of management activity, and their quality (efficiency and effectiveness) create the market competitiveness of the organization as a whole. It is necessary to expand the range of management activities to the macro level with the identification of the basic factors of competitiveness of the professional management system and the organization as a whole. The parameters of competitiveness of corporate management and its influence on the development of the process of professionalization of management are determined. Attention is drawn to the need for the formation of integrated thinking and the system of responsibility of management personnel for the decisions made.
