Abstract

The article analyzes approaches to the management of the state civil service, touches upon the problems of sociological support for making complex decisions related to institutional changes and directions for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the public service. Based on a retrospective analysis of the results of sociological research, the focus of the authors' attention shifts to the field of quality and methodological support of monitoring sociological research in the public civil service.
